We’re very proud to reflect on our year filled with challenging and diverse office fitouts across southeast Queensland.
In 2023, at RAW Commercial Projects we’ve had the good fortune to work on a range of projects. We’ve done sleek offices overlooking the Brisbane River, transformations of CBD highrises and comprehensive make-good projects, among others.
We’ve met each project with our commitment to on-time and on-budget delivery, and created modern, adaptable spaces for productivity and collaboration.
As always, we tailored each project to the clients’ needs. Some wanted vibrant, flexible workspaces, others were accommodating expanding workforces, and others still were future-proofing their tenancy for the market.

As we look back on 2023, here are some of our favourite office fitouts.
We started with the communal areas around the car park and added end-of-trip facilities, then moved up the levels to overhaul the lobbies. Massive thanks to the Bachrach Naumburger Group for their ongoing support for our work. At their A-grade office on Coronation Drive in inner Brisbane, we’ve completed complete fitouts of levels four and five, as well as the lobbies and basement facilities. Each area has its own distinct style and vibe. These spaces are now primed and available for lease. And check out the accent lighting!
Our expertise in handling live office environments and managing large-scale projects was on show in our work with Carers Queensland, notably their Lutwyche office. We have been really happy to work with this organisation, the peak body for carers in the state, across three projects in southeast Queensland. This one spanned 1650 sqm, a significant space that demanded careful planning to create distinct zones within its layout. During a 20-week construction, we worked with the office to minimise disruption on the operations.
A private office at Carnaby Street in Maroochydore underwent a complete transformation due to use following a long lease. To keep up with the market, we revamped the entire space from scratch, redoing everything from ceilings, walls, and carpets to electricals and fittings. After the 16-week build, the space is now ready for lease, with a range of flexible options, either the entire space, divided into smaller areas or sublease.
At Xenith Consulting’s CBD office, we enjoyed the stunning view while creating a modern, adaptable space. Our redesign offers various setups and includes a custom carpet that aligns with the company’s branding. We love the dark blues and timber, which are also in keeping with the branding.
Office Fitouts for 2024
Team RAW is taking a short break to rest and recuperate over Christmas and New Year, so that we are ready and raring to go in 2024. We have some exciting jobs booked already.
We expect to see a greater focus on flexibility and sustainability, as well as office design tweaks to allow for changing work patterns.
We are looking forward to making it happen.
